Life admin data — subscriptions, bills, deadlines, and renewal dates you manually enter or that are detected from your email
Email data — only when you explicitly grant Gmail access (Pro feature). We access only billing, subscription, and renewal-related emails
Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version for debugging purposes
Usage analytics — how you interact with the app to help us improve the experience

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-powered life admin tracking, reminders, and insights
To scan your email for subscriptions and bills (Pro feature, requires your explicit permission)
To send push notifications about upcoming renewals and deadlines
To power the Livy AI chat assistant using the Anthropic Claude API
To manage your subscription via RevenueCat
To improve our app and AI features over time

4. Email Access

Livy AI requests read-only access to your Gmail inbox solely to identify subscriptions, bills, and renewal notices. We do not read, store, or share your personal emails. Our system only processes emails containing billing-related keywords. You can revoke Gmail access at any time in the app Settings or directly through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We follow industry best practices for data security. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services to operate Livy AI:

Supabase — secure database and user authentication
Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered chat and insights
RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
Expo — push notification delivery
Google Gmail API — email scanning (Pro feature, opt-in only)

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
Revoke Gmail access at any time
Export your tracked data

8. Children's Privacy

Livy AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Livy AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
